My last salary was $80,000 per year, and I am looking for a salary that is comparable. I am open to discuss salary.

I was on maternity leave, and unfortunately, the property that I managed was sold while I was out. That caused my position to be eliminated, and there was no other available property to which I could be assigned, so I am currently laid off, and ready to step into a stable, on-site leadershop role.
