Actively seeking a Property Manager role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Multi-family & multi-site experience. CLICK HERE →
I’ve spent over 10 years in multi-family property management — from the front desk to full property management and multi-site support. I’ve seen what happens when systems break down, communication stalls, and everyone is just reacting. And I know how to peacefully turn things around.
I’m here to bring calm, structure, and follow-through to your property. I blend operational skills and a people-first mindset, so residents feel heard, teams feel supported, and you feel confident in how your property is managed.
If you’ve ever managed a community that feels one crisis away from chaos, I understand. I’ve taken over properties with low occupancy, high delinquency, and tired teams — places where residents are frustrated and owners are anxious. I know what it’s like to carry keys, KPIs, and complaints all at the same time.
I started in property management on the front lines — answering phones, greeting residents, and learning the rhythms of a busy leasing office. From there, I moved into assistant and full property manager roles, eventually co-managing multiple communities and being trusted with some of the most challenging properties in the portfolio.
Over the years, I’ve managed luxury, renovation, LIHTC, and distressed multi-family communities, often stepping in when a property needed stabilizing, delinquency needed to be addressed, or the team needed stronger support. I’m comfortable with KPIs, budgets, housing programs, and the realities of day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, I’m pretty grounded. I value a peaceful home, honest conversations, and time with the people who matter most. I bring that same steady, human approach into every community I serve, because I understand that behind every unit number is someone’s actual home.
I communicate clearly, set expectations, and handle escalations with both professionalism and empathy.
I understand occupancy, delinquency, renewals, and revenue, and I know how to turn those numbers into daily actions.
I support leasing and maintenance teams, clarify priorities, and create simple systems so everyone knows what matters most each day.
Integrity, follow-through, and respect. I believe in doing what I say I’ll do, being honest about what’s happening on site, and treating everyone — from ownership to residents — with basic respect.
I believe most “problem properties” are really “process problems.” With clear expectations, consistent systems, and supportive leadership, even challenging communities can stabilize and thrive.
I’m the person who actually enjoys walking a property with a notepad, spotting opportunities, and making a game plan, and I always notice the small details residents talk about later.
If you’re looking for a property manager who can handle the hard conversations, keep the team moving, and still care about residents, I’d love to talk. I’m currently seeking a full-time Property Manager role and open to opportunities in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding markets.
Entered the multi-family world on the front lines, learning leasing, resident relations, and the realities of onsite life.
Started working onsite and quickly saw how much pressure was placed on property managers and front office teams—with very little structured training.
Trusted with underperforming properties and complex situations, developing a steady approach to stabilization and team support.
Continuing to lead properties with a focus on KPIs, team culture, and resident-first service — now seeking the next community to call home.
